Happy Thanksgiving! I made my first pumpkin pie from scratch this week and it was a CROWD. PLEASER. so I obvi had to share! This pie has minimal dairy in it because us Weissmullers don’t do so well with lactose but we still want that thick creamy pie. This did the trick!
I also experimented a little with the crust and used some almond flour in there too and it was amazing. Grab a family member or friend and lets get cooking!
