I found a package of frozen organic chicken fingers I had purchased a while back in the freezer last week and it was my night to make dinner (Monday) so this recipe was born.
When shopping for chicken I lean towards organic. If not organic then no antibiotics/hormones and it has to be free range/cage free! Trader Joes always has a great price on them so I would highly recommend grabbing your chicken there. Why am I so picky you ask? Because I can be and I have my own hormones going on and don’t need anymore. I also care that they have somewhat of a decent life before I eat them. Just my opinion.
