I whipped up these guys for quick breakfasts or snacks when I’m feeling sweet. Like most of my recipes, you probably have these items in your pantry and you can make these guys to share with guests, pack in lunches, or just on the counter for easy snacking.
These bars aren’t fluffy like a cake but are more of a breakfast bar consistency. They are a hearty carb source that is wonderful to be toped with some protein and fat! My top choices are a high protein yogurt like Siggis Dairy and some natural peanut or almond butter + berries for some acid.
Similar breakfast bar recipes will load up on sweeteners and sugar coated dried fruits like dried cranberries. Those options are fine but if you are looking for something with minimal added sugar so you can customize it yourself try these bars out! Enjoy!
