Long time no WIAW! I thought it had been long enough so here we go!
Breakfast. 8 am
An Alvarado street bakery bun with avocado, kite hill ricotta cheese and a fried egg, and the other side with butter and jam + fruit + coffee coffee coffee (said really fast like Lorelei Gilmore).
Snack post 1 hour Zumba class: 11 am
Whole milk grass-fed yogurt from TJs (didn’t have time for a WF Siggi’s run) + 1/2 a carob chip perfect bar + Peace Cereal and fruit + 2 more handfuls of cereal because I needed more crunch.
Snack 2 while thesis literature review writing at a coffee shop: 12:45 pm
I packed a bag of cashews, dried cranberries, and semi-sweet chocolate chips + carrots + coffee with half and half that was gone before this photo was taken.
Lunch: Came home from coffee shop to make a home lunch and work for a few more hours. 1:45-2 pm ish
1 Food For Life Baking Sprouted Wheat Tortilla with pinto beans + sharp cheddar with guac, salsa, and arugula on the side.
I finished off this thing of grapes as well.
Then 2 of these whole wheat chocolate chip cookies- recipe to come Friday!
Lastly, while I got back to work I sipped on my quick hot chocolate using just 1 TBSP cacao powder, hot water and some milk!
Snack 3 around 4:45 pm – I stopped looking for research articles and sat down to watch Jane The Virgin with some popcorn, a few more chocolate chips and a mini glass of wine!
This is my favorite brand of popcorn! Every flavor is amazing. It’s the Lesser Evil Brand . Also, just being honest here, popcorn usually makes me gassy and this brand doesn’t. So if you have that problem but still love to snack on popcorn try this!
Dinner around 6:45 pm
Trader joes ravioli we had a mixture of the beef, mushroom , and some other cheese one + 2 more pieces because I wasn’t full after I ate this plate + salad + cheese and sauce.
Dessert: 7:30 pm
A few spoons of coffee blast ice cream from TJs- its the bomb. So strong and smooth.
+ a handful of crackers before bed!
