This is number 2 of 3 recipes I’m excited to be making with Califlour Foods, who is sponsoring this post. These crusts can be ordered to your door to make delicious pizzas, egg bakes, quiches, or even crackers for those avoiding wheat or who just want to switch up their crusts!
If you know me, you know I’m a sucker for an ACP. What is an ACP you ask? My sister called it an “Adult Cheese Platter” complete with various forms of wine, cheese, crackers, and fruit. It’s my favorite thing to see at a party or just enjoy as a snack at home.
I love the taste of these crusts so I though I would crisp them up in the oven and make a nice addition to a cheese plate! All you will need for this recipe is a crust, some of your favorite cheese (for all my vegan friends you can grab some vegan cheese), some meats, and fruit! I’ve been loving rose lately but my favorite wine is a sauvignon blanc with this platter!
Hope you love this!
